EasyAssets: Windows system with Portable Terminal

EasyAssets is an asset tracking program that keeps track of items by reference to their barcode or serial number. Included with this system is a Portable DataTerminal with integrated Bar Code Reader (PDT), which is used to scan the barcode on the asset and the date/time and location is recorded. The use of the PDT allows assets at several locations to be recorded. On return to base the asset recording transactions are then transferred to the EasyAssets database and its records are updated. The Standard package includes EasyAssets Standard version Windows software, one PDT Kit (AAA battery CCD USB version), a licence for one PDT terminal and 100 pre-printed bar-code asset labels.

The Professional version also includes extra reports, editing of Budget Holders, Vendors, Models, Types & Departments, Label Edit/Print modules, User Passwording, Import, two PDT licences, and 500 bar-coded asset labels.

This upgrades an installed Standard version to the Professional version.
