Making A Purchase Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping trolley. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If you are ordering from outside the UK please telephone or email us to request information about our overseas ordering procedures.

We accept credit card payment by Visa and Mastercard for EU orders using the secure on-line Actinic Payments system over the Internet.

The on-line catalog also provides alternative payment methods of:

"Send Credit Card Information Seperately" - via phone, fax or post. or We do not recommend sending credit card details by email.

Or "Invoice and pay before delivery" - we will email (unless requested otherwise) a Pro-Forma Invoice and will reserve your ordered goods for a limited period and will then ship on receipt of your payment. We will present cheques on receipt to allow for clearance. We can accept offline credit card payment as an alternative.

We use the secure SellerDeck Payments system for mail order, telephone order, "Send Credit Card Information Seperately" or offline payment. SellerDeck Payments use the CreditCall system and performs authorisation and fraud detection checks. Card details are not held on any of our computer or internet systems and any paper documents provided or used during the process that contain card details are destroyed after order completion.

Special note regarding Biometrics - purchasers should be aware of some possible circumstances where biometrics might not be the best option. Shipping and handling charges are calculated according to order value. For lower value orders there is a choice of First Class Post, 3-day delivery or Next Business Day. Higher value orders are sent by Next Business Day (Mon-Fri) or equivalent service. N.B. Please also see Delivery Schedule information below. Next day service is restricted to UK mainland. Some Highland, Island and N.Ireland destinations may not be guaranteed - but we endeavor to use the quickest service and would inform you of any issues.

N.B. First Class Post is NOT guaranteed and should only be use for low value orders - we cannot be held liable for losses when First Class Post is used.

Where your chosen delivery method is inappropriate due to value, weight or size we will contact you with a revised choice of options.

Collection from our premises is only allowed by prior arrangement.

Only select the "Delivery not applicable" option if your order does not have deliverable goods.

We reserve the right to apply and or modify a delivery charge where an inappropriate choice is made.
Delivery Schedule For orders received, in stock and payment cleared by 14:00 Monday to Thursday, 12:00 Friday (Business Days), we offer a next Business Day service to most mainland UK destinations (see above) - delivery time up to 18:00 Mon-Fri excluding public holidays. For lower value orders there is also a choice of First Class Post (see above) or 3-day delivery. We reserve the right to use the appropriate service and charge accordingly. Please note that our online catalog uses GMT to record order date & time.

Please also note that the delivery time for the type of service applies from the time of shipping from ourselves or our UK distributors NOT from time the order was placed.

While we endeavour to anticipate demand by maintaining stock of popular catalog items, we do depend on the stock levels of our UK distributor(s) and the lead time from manufacturers.

Please also note that some items require finishing by us and that we ship when whole orders are assembled unless explicitely requested otherwise. In order to expedite delivery we may, in relevant circumstances, arrange for goods to be dispatched directly from our distributor(s).
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be informed with the option to take part shipment or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK standard rate VAT is added, this also applies to the European Union unless you provide a valid EU VAT number.
Credit Card Security We use the DSS compliant secure on-line SellerDeck Payments service provided by CreditCall.

This will require the start date and the 3-digit CV2 security code (last 3 digits printed on the signature strip) for added security. Please ensure that the entered invoice address is the credit card statement address complete with post code - otherwise your transaction might be declined by CreditCall's security checking process.
Guarantee We guarantee to replace faulty goods (excluding Software Licences, Services and Maintenance Contracts) supplied by Clear Systems Ltd, or at our option to return the goods to the manufacturer or distributor for repair or to refund the purchase price, subject to claim being made in writing to us within 12 months after the sale being made by Clear Systems Ltd, providing no attempt has been made by the customer to rectify, alter or dismantle in any way. This 12 month guarantee offered by Clear Systems Ltd covers goods on a back-to-base warranty with no advance replacement. Clear Systems Ltd shall not be under any liability for any damage or loss arising or said to arise from the use of any goods or services unless explicitly included in a specific written contract or agreement made between Clear Systems Ltd and the Buyer at the time of sale.

Returns Policy No returns will be accepted without prior consent from Clear Systems Ltd. Upon approval a Clear Systems Ltd GOODS RETURN NOTE will be supplied to the Buyer. Instructions for Clear Systems Ltd return procedures are detailed on the GOODS RETURN NOTE, a copy/specimen of which is available upon request. These instructions must be carried out in full, otherwise goods will be refused.

Goods being returned where no fault is found will incur a handling charge. This handling charge is calculated as either an amount of £10 being a minimum charge, or 20% of the invoice value (whichever is the greater).

Goods returned for credit must be in a saleable condition and complete with all manuals, components and undamaged original packaging, any software seals (if applicable) must not have been broken. Damaged or incomplete goods shall not be credited.

Goods being returned due to a mistake on the part of the purchaser will incur a handling charge. This handling charge is calculated as either an amount of £10 being a minimum charge or 20% of the credit value (whichever is the greater). The amount will be deducted from the value of the credit note.

Acceptance of returns due to customer error will be at the discretion of Clear Systems Ltd. Goods will only be accepted when Clear Systems Ltd is notified within 7 days of the original invoice date.

Returned goods that have been specifically made modified or purchased for the Buyer shall not be credited unless there has been an error on behalf of Clear Systems Ltd.
Remittance Terms ORDERS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED ON A PAYMENT WITH ORDER BASIS.The choices are to pay by credit card or to request an Invoice and pay before delivery. A copy of our full terms and conditions is available on request. Credit may be offered to established customers.
