Collection from our premises is only allowed by prior arrangement.

Delivery Schedule We process orders for fulfilment once we can confirm that payment has been cleared by 14:00 Monday to Thursday, 12:00 Friday (Business Days). Please note that the delivery time for the type of service applies from the time of shipping from ourselves or our UK distributors NOT from time the order was placed. While we endeavour to anticipate demand by maintaining stock of popular items, we do depend on the stock levels of our UK distributor(s) and the lead time from manufacturers and times for configurable items. Please note that some items may require finishing/building/processing/collation by us and that we ship when whole orders are assembled unless explicitly requested or advised otherwise. In order to expedite delivery we may, in relevant circumstances, arrange for goods to be dispatched directly from our distributor(s).

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be informed with the option to take part shipment or cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK standard rate VAT is added, this also currently applies to the European Union unless you provide a valid EU VAT number.
